The Snowy Day
One winter morning, a little boy named Peter woke up to find that the world outside was covered in a thick blanket of snow. Excited, he quickly got dressed, putting on his warm hat, scarf, mittens, and boots. Peter couldn't wait to play in the snow!
As he stepped outside, he was amazed by the beauty of the snowy landscape. The trees were glistening with frost, and the ground was soft and white. Peter made his first footprints in the snow, and he felt like he was creating a brand-new world.
Peter decided to build a snowman. He rolled large snowballs and stacked them on top of each other. He found a carrot for the nose, some stones for the eyes, and a scarf to keep his snowman warm. "Hello, snowman!" Peter said cheerfully.
Next, Peter had a snowball fight with his friends. They laughed and threw snowballs at each other until everyone was cold and tired. After the snowball fight, they all sat down to catch their breath and enjoyed hot cocoa with marshmallows.
As the sun began to set, Peter knew it was time to go home. He made one last snow angel in the snow before heading inside. That night, he dreamed of snowy adventures and all the fun he had. Peter couldn't wait for another snowy day!
