1 foot = 12 inches
So, to convert 24 inches to feet, divide 24 by 12:
24 ÷ 12 = 2 feet
Example 2:
If you have 5 kilograms and need to convert it to grams, you use the conversion factor:
1 kilogram = 1000 grams
So, to convert 5 kilograms to grams, multiply 5 by 1000:
5 × 1000 = 5000 grams
